About Tackr
We Built the Tool We Wish Existed.
Tackr was built by an importer, for importers. Not by enterprise software engineers who’ve never been on a factory floor.

The Pain Was Real
Richard Stanton spent 15 years building and operating import businesses. He managed hundreds of overseas purchase orders across dozens of vendors, QC inspectors, and freight forwarders. His companies were named to the Inc 500 list seven times.
Through all of it, the supply chain was managed with email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and a shared Dropbox folder that nobody could navigate. Every order lived in a dozen different places. Every audit was a scramble. Every onboarding of a new team member meant explaining which spreadsheet tab mattered and which email thread to search for.
It worked. But it was fragile. And it didn’t scale.
The Market Gap Was Obvious
The enterprise solutions — the Flexports, the SAP Aribas, the Oracle SCMs — were built for companies doing billions in annual trade. They cost six figures to implement, required dedicated IT teams, and took months to deploy.
The affordable tools were built for different problems entirely: inventory management, warehouse operations, domestic logistics. None of them understood the specific pain of a DTC brand managing overseas production with multiple external partners.
There was nothing in between. No tool that was purpose-built for a 10-person brand importing from Asia with 3 vendors, a QC inspector, and a freight forwarder.
So He Built Tackr
Tackr is the tool Richard wished existed when he was running his own import operation. It’s purpose-built for the specific workflow of a DTC brand managing overseas orders with multiple partners.
It’s not an enterprise platform that’s been watered down. It’s not a project management tool with supply chain labels slapped on. It’s a focused, opinionated product built from the ground up for one use case — and it does that one thing exceptionally well.

Richard Stanton
Founder & CEO, Tackr Flow Inc
Richard has spent over 20 years founding and scaling companies across e-commerce, consumer goods, technology, and cybersecurity — with seven appearances on the Inc 500 list. His 15+ years of hands-on importing from Asia, including operating a dedicated factory in China, gave him firsthand experience with every problem Tackr is built to solve. He doesn’t write code. He builds products by directing specialized AI agents and focuses on the problems, the customers, and the strategy.

The Company
Tackr is proudly built in Charleston, South Carolina. The company is operated by Tackr Flow Inc. Founder-led and self-funded, with a singular focus on building the best supply chain management tool for DTC importers.
What We Believe
Built by an Operator
Tackr is built by someone who has done the job. Every feature decision is filtered through one question: would this have helped me when I was running my import operation? If the answer is no, we don't build it.
Your Partners Matter
Your vendors, inspectors, and freight forwarders aren't second-class users. They're essential to your operation. Tackr gives every partner a free, clean, mobile-optimized portal — in their language — because better partner tools make your supply chain better.
Visibility Over Complexity
You don't need more features. You need to know where your orders are, whether your partners are on track, and what needs your attention right now. Tackr gives you clarity without complexity.
Your supply chain shouldn’t live in your inbox.
