Tackr Flow Inc (“Tackr,” “we,” “us”) operates the TACKR platform at tackr.com. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

- Account information: Name, email address, company name, and role.
- Order and supply chain data: Purchase orders, product details, partner information, shipping records, and documents you upload.
- Communications: TACKchat messages, order updates, and support correspondence.
- Payment information: Processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and timestamps.
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Essential cookies: For session management and user preferences.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the TACKR platform
- Process transactions and send notifications
- Communicate with you about your account and orders
- Ensure security and prevent fraud

We do NOT sell your personal information.
Data Sharing
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting).
- Your partners: Vendors, freight forwarders, QC inspectors, and consultants can see data you share with them through normal platform use.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Customer accounts are fully siloed — partners connected to multiple customers cannot see that other customers use TACKR.
Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. After account closure, data is retained only as required by law and then securely deleted.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Export your data in a portable format
