Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TACKR platform operated by Tackr Flow Inc (“Tackr,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using TACKR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TACKR.
- One account per organization. Multiple team members can be invited under a single account.
Acceptable Use
TACKR is designed for managing supply chain operations. When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Disrupt or interfere with platform infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data through automated means
- Resell or redistribute access to the platform
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Your Data
You own your data. By using TACKR, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. Partners you add to your account can see data you share with them through normal platform use. Account data is fully isolated between customers.
Subscription and Billing
- All plans include a 30-day free trial with full access.
- Payment details are collected at signup to reduce fraud.
- Subscriptions auto-renew after the trial period ends.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TACKR. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We may modify or suspend features with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
The TACKR platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Tackr Flow Inc. Tackr, TACKR, TACKboard, TACKchat, TACKfeed, TACKscore, TACKalert, and related names and logos are trademarks of Tackr Flow Inc.
Limitation of Liability
TACKR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tackr Flow Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tackr Flow Inc, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of TACKR or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We will notify you of material changes by updating this page and revising the “Last Updated” date above.
