Frequently Asked Questions

No. Only your team can advance or revert TACK stages. Partners can see the current stage and post updates, but they can’t move orders through the lifecycle.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled at any stage. Cancelled orders are archived and visible in your order history but removed from the TACKboard.

Delivered orders move to the Delivered section at the bottom of the TACKboard and remain accessible for 30 days. All documents and chat history are preserved.

The 7 stages are fixed by design. This ensures consistency across all orders and partners. Custom workflows may be supported in a future release.
