Our Commitment

Tackr Flow Inc is committed to making TACKR accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe supply chain tools should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

Standards

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What We’re Doing

Color and Contrast

All text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Status information is never communicated by color alone — we use icons, labels, and patterns alongside color.

Keyboard Navigation

  • Full keyboard access to all interactive elements
  • Logical tab order throughout the application
  • Focus trapping in modals and overlays
  • Escape key closes all overlays and dropdowns

Screen Reader Support

  • Descriptive alt text on all images
  • Properly labeled form inputs
  • ARIA live regions for dynamic content updates
  • Semantic table markup for data tables

Touch Targets

All interactive elements meet a minimum touch target size of 44×44 pixels to ensure usability on touch devices and for users with motor impairments.

Motion and Animation

  • Animations are subtle and brief
  • We respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query
  • No auto-playing media or flashing content

Language Support

Proper lang attributes are set for English and Simplified Chinese content in the Partner Portal, ensuring screen readers use the correct pronunciation.

Known Limitations

TACKR is actively being developed and improved. Some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are continuously auditing and addressing accessibility issues as part of our development process.
